Exactly as everyone imagines him – spiky, bright and mischievous. Scatters his “Frosticles” on the ground as he passes overhead, leaving a sparkling, white frost.

The bad guys! They love to rain where it will cause problems - Sally has to keep a close eye on this pair. Drizzle would love to be as big and strong as his big brother and is always trying to impress him. Downpour loves to show off in front of Drizzle.
